2026 Annual Congregational Meeting Agenda and Materials

May 24, 2026 at approximately 11:30am after the worship service
The Feast of Pentecost

1. Call to order and opening prayer

2. Confirm quorum: at least 20 full members must be present

3. Opening motion:

   • To appoint Sandra Sabulsky as meeting chair

   • To appoint Megan Bonsan as meeting secretary

   •  To invite adherents to participate fully in the meeting, including in voting

   • To approve the agenda

4.  2025 Annual Report

Motion: that the congregation of St. Paul's United Church receive the 2025 annual report and reappoint Laskowski Wright and Baker LLP as the congregation's auditor for 2026

5.  New Governance Document:

Motion: that the congregation of St. Paul's United Church adopt the new governance document and request approval of the Living Skies Regional Council

Motion: that the congregation of St. Paul’s reelect Megan Bonsan to the visionary board and as a trustee of the congregation

7. Congregational Value

Motion: that the congregation of St. Paul’s adopt "grow deeper in the Spirit" as a new value of the congregation
