2024 Make an Impact Campaign

Message from our Lead Minister Mitchell
God has anointed St. Paul’s to be a blessing to our neighbours and to the world. We are called to make an impact.
I am amazed at what God is doing through St. Paul’s. God is changing lives, God is reaching new people, God is present in our neighbourhood and city working towards healing, wholeness, and justice. On Sundays and every day through the week, God is at work in and through our church to change lives and make a difference in the world. God is using our church to welcome new people, and this shows in the transformational growth we’ve experienced over the last few years that shows no signs of slowing down.
As a growing church, we need to expand our ministry to keep up with our growth. This means more activities, more programs, and more costs. Your investment in our growth will keep us growing and help us to love our neighbours, bless our city, and make a difference in the world.
In 2024, we want to grow our impact even further. Our goal is to raise $24,000 in this year’s Make an Impact campaign. Please join in me in making a gift to this campaign and making an impact to the glory of God.
Make an impact in 2024
Here are some of the ways you can make an impact in 2024!
MUFFING MORNINGS + HOSPITALITY
Help us buy coffee, fresh fruit, and other snacks for Muffin Mornings and Sundays! Hospitality is our most important ministry and important to our growth.
ALL AGES MINISTRY
God calls us to a welcoming church of all ages where we can grow in faith together, whether at home, online, or together in special events. This supports our all ages ministry with resources and materials!
MISSION & SERVICE
When we join with other United Churches together we can make an even bigger difference for the mission work of the United Church in Canada and around the world. This year we are excited to grow our contribution to $5,250!
SASKATOON AND AREA YOUTH MINISTRY
9 United Churches in Saskatoon and area are collaborating on a shared youth ministry, with our youth minister Kyle Feader. Help support this shared ministry!
SPIRITUAL GROWTH
We believe in helping people grow together in deep spirituality. This helps us to acquire and share spiritual growth resources with the congregation for individual and group learning.
GROWTH
We find creative ways to share our message, build our profile, and make Jesus known in our community. As a church that wants to keep growing, we need to share the good news of Jesus Christ and promote what God is doing through us.
OUTREACH
God's mission is bigger than our church, so we work with others to make a difference. There are many ways God uses our church to change lives, and outreach helps us respond to those opportunities with love for our neighbours.
WORSHIP
Worship ignites our hearts. This pays for equipment, the copyright for our fresh and life-giving music, the elements for communion, and all the other things we need to make worship joyful!
WHERE IT'S NEEDED
God is calling us to be nimble and adaptable as a church; the world moves fast and so must we. This gives us the freedom as a church to respond to opportunities and challenges that may arise throughout the year that we can't plan ahead for to make the biggest impact possible
